We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection process
Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)
Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records & documentation
Handle employee grievances & relations
Monitor performance management & appraisals
Coordinate training & development activities
Manage admin activities (canteen, transport, housekeeping, security)
Ensure smooth shop-floor workforce management

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
