We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised conference coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating conferences, communicating with speakers and delegates, managing follow-ups, and supporting the successful execution of events.

This is a valuable chance for freshers and even experienced candidates who have robust communication skills, are confident speaking with people, and are interested in event and conference coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with speakers, delegates, participants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Send emails and conduct regular follow-ups with speakers and participants.
Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, seminars, and professional events.
Manage participant registrations and maintain accurate event-related information.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Assist with scheduling speakers, sessions, meetings, and other conference activities.
Ensure timely communication of event details, schedules, and updates.
Support the team before, during, and after conferences.




Handle last-minute changes and coordinate solutions during events.
Maintain proper records, databases, and follow-up reports.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with different people over the phone and email.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage and good internet research skills.
Willingness to travel or work on weekends when required for conferences/events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
