Job Description
We are looking for a Property Visit Executive to support our team with property visits and field activities. The role involves visiting properties, collecting basic details, taking photos and videos, and coordinating with property owners and the office team.
Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial properties as assigned.
Coordinate with property owners before visiting the property.
Take clear photos and videos of the property.
Collect basic property details such as location, size, price, and availability.
Check whether the property is available for sale or rent.
Share property details and photos with the team.
Update the team after completing each property visit.
Assist with other field activities when required.
Maintain professional communication with property owners and team members.
Requirements
10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
Basic smartphone knowledge.
Comfortable working in a field-based role.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
