About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to join our merchandising
team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to apparel merchandising,
order coordination, product development, and production follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the merchandising team in day-to-day activities and order follow-ups.
Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, quality and other internal teams.
Maintain and update order sheets, product details and production records.
Assist with sample development and follow-up.
Support preparation of tech packs, purchase orders and other merchandising documents.
Track production status, approvals, deliveries and timelines.
Assist in communicating with vendors and suppliers as required.
Help with fabric, trims and accessory follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and records for assigned orders.
Perform other merchandising-related tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
Students or recent graduates in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel
Merchandising, Textile Design, Garment Technology or a related field.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel workplace.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
