We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates with experience in textile sales, customer service, and showroom operations are preferred.

Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, quality, prices, designs, and available options.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer orders.
Maintain product and stock records.
Coordinate with the store and warehouse team for product availability.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Previous experience in textile, retail, showroom, or sales is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Presentable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
