Conduct initial candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and joining.
Follow up with candidates after joining.
Visit deployed candidates and check their status.
Handle candidate and client issues at the site.
Coordinate with the office HR/recruitment team.
Support replacements when candidates leave.
Maintain daily field visit and recruitment reports.
Ensure candidates are properly deployed at client locations.
