Academic Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students , prospective candidates and clients regarding available courses and training programs.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand the candidate’s requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business clients.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients
Achieve individual counselling and enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:




2–3 years of experience in telecalling, academic counselling, sales, business development, or a similar role.
Candidates with solid sales or telecalling experience are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up consistently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
