Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and sales-driven Customer Relations Associate to join our retail store at Cochin International Airport. The primary focus of this role is driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers and convert interactions into sales.
Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Provide accurate information on products, offers, and promotions.
Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.




Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are well-presented.
Support daily store operations and contribute to overall store performance.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Requirements
Plus Two or Graduation.
Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Solid communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Sales-oriented with a passion for customer service.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
