We are currently seeking an experienced Senior BIM MEP Engineer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Lead MEP BIM projects from initiation to delivery
Develop and review MEP BIM models
Ensure model quality through QA/QC processes
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Support BIM standards implementation
Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Robust expertise in Revit MEP
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
Experience in LOD 300 / 350 / 400 projects
Strong MEP detailing and documentation skills
Positive communication and coordination skills

Navisworks
Clash detection and coordination
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
Robust knowledge of HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing systems
