Position: Warehouse Executive
Department: Warehouse / Stores
Reporting To: Warehouse In-Charge / Manager – Production & Purchase

Job Purpose
To maintain accurate receipt, storage, issue and stock control of fabrics, yarn/materials, trims, accessories, packing materials and finished goods.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials against PO/challan/invoice.
Verify material description, quantity and physical condition.
Coordinate incoming material checking with the concerned department.
Prepare GRN/material receipt entries in ERP.
Store materials systematically with proper identification.
Maintain location/bin-wise stock records.
Issue materials only against authorised requisitions.
Maintain accurate fabric, trims, accessories and packing-material inventory.
Maintain finished-goods inward and outward records where applicable.
Conduct daily/weekly stock verification and support periodic physical stock audits.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system stock.
Report shortages, excess stock, damages and slow/non-moving materials.
Maintain FIFO wherever applicable.




Coordinate material availability with Purchase, Production, Merchandising and Packing.
Maintain inward, outward, return and transfer documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping, material identification and protected storage in the warehouse.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

Experience: 0–1 years in textile/manufacturing warehouse or stores.

Required Skills: Inventory control, ERP, Excel, GRN, stock reconciliation, documentation, material identification and basic textile knowledge.

Candidate Location Requirement

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Karur or nearby areas and can commute to the Manmangalam workplace regularly.
