We are looking for a pre sales executive for our real estate project in Virar.
Role and Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle inbound/Outbound calls, digital queries and walk ins
Outbound Calling: Connect with prospective buyers from database leads.
Needs Assessment: Identify client budgets, locations, and preferences.
Project Pitching: Explain configurations, pricing, and amenities.
Site Coordination: Book property tours for the closing team.
CRM Tracking: Update customer logs and follow-up schedules daily.
Min - 1 yr of experience into presales real estate industry
