SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:
To achieve individual sales targets by generating leads, handling enquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring a smooth purchase and delivery experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly motorcycle retail and booking targets.
Generate sales through showroom walk-ins, enquiries and field activities.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
Achieve assigned model-wise and finance/insurance targets.
Lead Management
Attend all showroom, digital and telephonic enquiries promptly.
Record and update customer details in CRM/DMS.
Follow up on pending and lost leads.
Maintain an updated daily lead pipeline.
Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, advantages and pricing.
Provide skilled and courteous customer service.
Handle customer objections effectively.
Vehicle Demonstration & Test Ride
Conduct proper product presentations.
Arrange and conduct test rides.
Explain vehicle controls, features and safety aspects.
Ensure proper test-ride documentation and safety procedures.
Booking & Retail Conversion




Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
Explain quotation, offers, finance and exchange options.
Coordinate documentation required for registration and delivery.
Follow up until the vehicle is successfully delivered.
Finance, Insurance & Exchange
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams.
Explain available finance schemes to customers.
Generate exchange leads and coordinate vehicle evaluation.
Ensure accurate documentation.
Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with PDI and Delivery Executives.
Ensure the vehicle is ready before delivery.
Explain vehicle features, maintenance schedule and basic usage to the customer.
Ensure proper delivery documentation.
Customer Follow-up & Referral
Follow up with customers after delivery.
Generate referrals from existing customers.
Maintain relationships for future purchases and service requirements.
Daily Reporting
Submit daily enquiry, follow-up, booking and retail reports.
Maintain lead status and follow-up records.
Report lost leads and reasons for non-conversion.
Update management on target achievement.

Pay: Up to ₹33,558.63 per month
