Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Team Leader to manage the backend team, monitor daily operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain accuracy and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the backend team.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely completion of backend and operational activities.
Maintain and monitor MIS reports and team data.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Check data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
Track team productivity and resolve day-to-day issues.
Train and guide team members whenever required.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Ensure company processes and SOPs are followed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
