We are looking for an experienced Software Developer who can take ownership of building, scaling, and maintaining production-grade applications. This role is for someone who understands real-world systems, not just writing code but making it work reliably at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
Work across frontend and backend with a clear understanding of system architecture
Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on cloud infrastructure
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
Collaborate with product and business teams to convert requirements into robust solutions
Required Skill Set
AWS – hands-on experience with deployment and cloud services
Flutter – mobile app development (Android & iOS)
Node.js – backend development and APIs
React.js – up-to-date frontend development
Docker – containerization and setting management
Scalability – experience handling growing users, load, and performance
Must-Have Experience
4–5 years of professional software development experience
Experience working on live, production systems
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
Valuable to Have (Bonus)
CI/CD pipelines
Microservices architecture
Startup or product-based company experience
