Job description
Develop current business opportunities and generate leads for the company.
Visit government offices, architects, consultants and ongoing commercial/residential projects to identify potential clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with government departments, architects, contractors and other industry professionals.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
Handle client meetings, negotiations and regular follow-ups.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles or Building Materials will be preferred.
Experience in government-sector projects will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Banking and Insurance sectors with relevant sales experience may also apply.




Solid communication, negotiation and networking skills required.

Experience:- Minimium 4 Yrs.

Salary:- 30,000 K - 35,000 K (per month) , can be negotiated depending upon skills and experience
