Established in April 1997, we are a rapidly growing organization with a robust workforce of over 1,800 employees. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Head to lead our structural projects in Paradip, Odisha.
Role Overview
The Project Head will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of structural fabrication and erection projects. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance commercial control, stringent safety standards, and effective stakeholder management while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall project leadership and strategic direction from inception to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and comprehensive stakeholder management.
Maintain strict commercial control and oversee continuous project budget monitoring.
Execute productive resource planning to ensure optimal allocation of manpower and materials.
Drive schedule compliance, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Enforce rigorous safety and quality oversight across all site operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering.
Experience: 15 to 20+ years of proven experience specifically in structural fabrication and erection projects.
Leadership: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience serving in a leadership or project management role.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
