Job Description

We are looking for a Tool Design Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on knowledge of CATIA and tool design. The role involves designing production tooling, preparing engineering drawings, and supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Design press tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and production tooling using CATIA.

· Create 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.

· Review customer drawings and assess tooling feasibility.

· Coordinate with production, quality and CNC machining teams.

· Support tool trials, modifications and continuous improvement.

· Maintain BOMs, drawings and engineering documentation.

· Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery targets.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

1–5 years in tool design/manufacturing preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent CATIA skills may also apply.

Technical Skills

· CATIA (Part Design, Assembly & Drafting)





· Knowledge of tool design, jigs, fixtures and gauges

· Engineering drawings and GD&T;

· Manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, fabrication)

· MS Office

Preferred Profile

Experience in automotive, precision engineering or industrial tooling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
