We are looking for a Career Expert to guide prospective students and parents, promote our career-focused programs, and achieve enrolment targets through B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Handle leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, perks, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate records.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in EdTech / Education.
Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
