Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain records of gold, silver and other precious metal movements.
Record receipt, issue, transfer and dispatch of bullion and materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Refinery and Metal Accounting teams.
Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Maintain daily production and inventory-related reports.
Update records in ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Verify supporting documents, quantities and weights.
Track movement of materials between designated locations.
Identify discrepancies and report them to the concerned supervisor.
Assist in maintaining proper traceability and documentation of precious metals.
Support production-related reporting and operational coordination.
Follow company SOPs, security procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Candidate Profile
B.Com Graduates.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of inventory, stores, MIS or accounting.
Robust numerical ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with physical inventory as well as computer-based records.
Positive documentation and coordination skills.
Interested in building a career in Production, Bullion and Precious Metal Operations.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
