Field Staff – Invoice Collection

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Staff member who will be responsible for visiting client companies and collecting invoices and related documents. The role involves extensive field travel, regular coordination with client representatives, and ensuring timely collection and submission of invoices to the company.

Key Responsibilities
Visit client companies regularly to collect invoices and related documents.
Coordinate with client representatives regarding invoice collection and submission.
Ensure invoices are collected accurately and within the required timelines.
Maintain proper records of collected invoices and documents.
Submit collected invoices to the concerned internal team.
Follow up with clients for pending or delayed invoices.
Maintain daily records of field visits and collection status.
Communicate any issues or delays to the reporting manager.
Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
Travel extensively as part of the day-to-day job responsibilities.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in field operations,



document collection, delivery, collection, or a similar role.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Willingness to travel extensively (90% field travel).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with client companies.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client visits.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Note: This is a highly field-oriented role, and candidates should be comfortable with 90% travel to client locations.
