Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer – Fresher to join our laptop showroom service team. The candidate will receive practical training and will be responsible for assisting with laptop and desktop servicing, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting laptop and desktop hardware issues.
Assist senior technicians in laptop and desktop servicing and repairs.
Learn and perform basic hardware replacement such as RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, keyboard, display, and other components.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and required drivers.
Perform basic software installation, formatting, and system setup.
Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, networking, printer, and peripheral issues.
Check laptops and desktops for hardware and software problems.
Assist in testing systems after repair or service.
Maintain proper records of service and repair activities.
Handle customer devices carefully and responsibly.
Explain basic technical issues to customers when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the service area.
Coordinate with the sales and service team regarding customer requirements.




Follow company procedures and instructions given by senior technicians and management.
Learn about different laptop brands, models, specifications, and common technical issues.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Understanding of RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, processor, battery, display, etc.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable learning attitude and willingness to develop technical skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsible and careful while handling customer devices.

Preferred Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Hardware, Electronics, or a related field.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge are welcome.
Basic practical knowledge of assembling or troubleshooting computers will be an added advantage.

Experience

Freshers are welcome.
Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
