Position : Sales Counsellor / Academic Counsellor
Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Conduct outbound calling to connect with potential customers
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects
Counsel professionals on suitable programs and convert leads into enrolments
Maintain robust follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2C sales / counselling (EdTech preferred)
Prior experience as an Admissions Counsellor is an advantage
Solid communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English required)
Comfortable with calling, in-person meetings, and CRM tools.
Target-driven with a solid follow-up approach.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
