Senior QA Manager (Onsite – Canada)

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA strategy and delivery for multiple product streams at our client's location in Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in manual and automation testing, distributed team management, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end QA strategy, quality governance, and release readiness.
Lead manual and automation testing across Web, Mobile, APIs, and AI-enabled applications.
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, and related tools.
Drive performance, accessibility, security, and API testing.
Lead distributed QA teams across Canada, India, and other locations.
Present QA metrics, release status, and quality plans to client stakeholders.
Champion AI-assisted testing practices and contemporary QA automation.

Required Skills:
10+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in QA leadership.




Solid expertise in Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, Appium, API Testing (Postman/REST Assured/Karate), Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
Experience with performance, accessibility, and AI-driven testing.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Authorized to work in Canada and available for onsite engagement.

Preferred:
ISTQB Advanced Certification.
Experience with Canadian clients and privacy regulations (PIPEDA, AODA, Law 25).
Exposure to AI testing tools, observability platforms, and QA Center of Excellence initiatives.
