We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Electrical Engineer - Fresher to join our electric motor manufacturing and assembly team. The candidate will assist in production, assembly, testing, and quality control of electric motors while gaining hands-on industrial experience.

Core Responsibilities
Test Plan & Protocol Development: Design testing procedures tailored to specific motor types (e.g., induction, AC/DC, EV motors)
Performance Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing, including load testing, thermal testing, efficiency analysis, and endurance evaluation.
Equipment Management: Set up, calibrate, and operate atesting instrumentation.
Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze collected test data,



identify root causes of any electrical or mechanical failures, and recommend design modifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports and maintain organized records of test procedures, methodologies, and compliance matrices.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all motors meet quality and safety regulations set by authoritative bodies like the Bureau of Indian Standards or international bodies like IEC.

Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical (Electrician / Wireman)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
