We are looking for experienced housekeeping supervisor for immediate joining.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital.
Manage housekeeping staff, duty rosters, attendance and shift allocation.
Monitor cleaning schedules, washroom maintenance, patient care areas and common areas.
Ensure proper implementation of infection prevention and control practices.
Monitor the use, storage and inventory of cleaning materials, equipment and consumables.




Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists and records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards and safety protocols.
Handle housekeeping-related complaints and coordinate with other departments for timely resolution.

Skills Required:
Valuable leadership, communication and staff management skills.
Knowledge of hospital housekeeping and infection control practices.
Ability to manage manpower and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
