We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to maintain solid relationships with existing customers, regularly communicate with clients, understand their requirements, resolve queries, follow up on orders and payments, collect feedback, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth customer service.
