We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Telecaller to join our team and help us communicate with existing and potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Introduce CombatFit products and explain product features, pricing and offers.
Follow up with retailers, dealers and potential business customers.
Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
Maintain basic records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for order-related requirements.
Follow up on pending enquiries and customer responses.
