Evaluate patients, take detailed histories, and perform physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
Conduct outpatient consultations and provide inpatient care.
Review investigations including laboratory tests, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic studies.
Manage medical emergencies and provide appropriate stabilization.
Refer patients to relevant specialists when required.
Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
Monitor treatment response and modify therapy appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and preventive care.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, teaching, and quality-improvement activities.
Follow applicable clinical, ethical, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
