About the Role
Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a agile and detail-oriented Reservation Executive for its Car Rental Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle bookings, coordinating with customers and vendors, ensuring smooth allocation of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle car rental booking requests received via phone, email, website, and walk-ins.
Confirm reservations and provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental terms.
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for vehicle allocation and timely deployment.
Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Monitor vehicle availability and optimize fleet utilization.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a skilled manner.
Prepare daily booking reports and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in car rental, travel, transportation, or reservation operations.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
