Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners.
Explain job opportunities, earnings, incentives, and onboarding process.
Convince and motivate candidates to join as delivery partners.
Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the joining process.
Maintain candidate details and daily calling records.
Achieve daily calling and joining goals.
Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team for successful onboarding.
Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Hindi and Telugu preferred.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
