About the Role
Vikram Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced Driver to join our team. The candidate should possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence or Badge Licence and be committed to secure and timely transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive hospital vehicles as assigned.
Transport patients, staff, medical equipment, and other materials as required.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Follow traffic rules and hospital safety guidelines.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Maintain trip records and vehicle documents properly.
Be available for emergency duties and flexible shifts when required.
Qualification & Requirements
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence or Badge Licence is mandatory.
Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Madurai city routes and surrounding areas.
Ability to communicate politely with patients and staff.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Preferred Skills
Safe driving practices and defensive driving skills.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Professional attitude and valuable interpersonal skills.
