About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our design team and work on converting artwork and print designs into high-quality digital files for various applications.

The role involves working closely with our design and production teams and requires an understanding of artwork, patterns, colour, scale and print.

This is a good opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build practical experience in textile, surface and print design.

Key Responsibilities
Digitise and clean hand-drawn artwork, illustrations and motifs
Vectorise artwork and create clean, editable digital files
Develop and modify motifs and repeat patterns
Prepare artwork for block, screen and digital printing
Work with colour, scale and placement of designs
Create seamless repeats and pattern layouts
Adapt artwork for different products and surfaces
Make corrections and refinements based on sampling and production requirements




Organise and maintain digital artwork files
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs

What We're Looking For
Positive working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Understanding of basic drawing, composition, colour and pattern
Interest in textile, surface and print design
Valuable attention to detail
Ability to work carefully with intricate artwork
Willingness to learn and work with production requirements
Valuable communication and ability to work as part of a team

Portfolio

A portfolio is essential.

It can include academic projects, personal projects, illustrations, textile prints, patterns, artwork, vectorisation work or any other relevant design projects.

Professional experience is not required.

Candidates who can demonstrate a strong visual sensibility and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
