Key Responsibilities:
Lead consulting and business transformation projects for global banking clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into business and functional solutions.
Design and implement solutions for product, pricing, rates, fees, billing and revenue optimization.
Work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, BAs and technology teams.
Lead the functional implementation of banking product platforms.
Improve banking processes, operating models and customer/product profitability.
Guide teams through requirements, solution design, implementation and change management.
Must-Have Profile:
10+ years of functional consulting experience in Banking/BFSI.
Solid experience in Product & Pricing, Rates & Fees, Billing, Revenue or Relationship Pricing.
Experience in banking transformation / core banking transformation / process transformation.
Robust client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
Experience with banking SaaS/product platforms is highly relevant.
Robust experience in Retail, Corporate or Commercial Banking.
MBA/Finance/Computer Science or relevant educational background preferred.
