Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated *Telecaller cum Blood Collection Technician for our Derma & Aesthetic Clinic.
Key Responsibilities: *
Telecalling & Patient Coordination:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients and leads.
Follow up with patients who enquire about skin, hair and aesthetic treatments.
Book appointments and manage patient schedules.
Explain basic information about clinic services and offers.
Maintain proper follow-up records and patient details.
Convert potential leads into clinic appointments.
Blood Collection:
Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques.
Knowledge of venipuncture and blood sample collection is required.
Experience as a Telecaller / Patient Coordinator preferred.
Must have knowledge and practical experience in
Blood Collection / Phlebotomy*.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly and qualified behavior with patients.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
