Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives focused on brand visibility, audience engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage and optimize SEO, AEO & GEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.

Manage Google Ads / paid campaigns, including targeting, optimization and performance tracking.

Develop and execute LinkedIn and social media marketing campaigns.

Create and manage content calendars for blogs, LinkedIn, website and other digital channels.

Execute email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.

Monitor website traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions and campaign performance.

Work closely with the Sales/BD team to support lead generation and pipeline growth.

Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with emerging AI search, digital marketing and content trends.

Candidate Profile

2–4 years of practical experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO and performance marketing.

Experience managing campaigns independently.

Data-driven approach with solid analytical and reporting skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Experience in B2B marketing/lead generation will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Interest in AI-driven search, AEO and GEO is highly desirable.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
