We are looking for an experienced and highly social Restaurant Manager to lead our Italian restaurant, oversee the entire team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a solid understanding and appreciation of Italian food and hospitality. The role will have overall responsibility for staff management, finances, quality control, customer service, customer satisfaction and retention, while maintaining high standards across the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be a confident leader and excellent communicator who can motivate the team, build solid customer relationships, drive repeat business, and take full ownership of the restaurant’s performance.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
