Key Responsibilities
Prepare different varieties of tea as per the hotel menu and customer requirements.
Prepare regular tea, ginger tea, masala tea, cardamom tea, lemon tea, green tea, black tea and other specialty teas.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
Prepare hot beverages quickly and accurately during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea/beverage counter.
Ensure proper storage and handling of tea, milk, sugar, spices, and other ingredients.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Operate and maintain tea-making equipment and utensils.
Control wastage and maintain proper portion sizes.
Maintain adequate stock of tea and beverage ingredients.
Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and service team for smooth order delivery.
Handle customer requests professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and hotel standards.
Follow company rules, attendance requirements, and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
