Gravit InfoSystems is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team in Gwalior. This role is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate management, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with interview coordination and candidate documentation.
Support joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS as required.
Assist the HR team with other day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.
Requirements
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed graduation are welcome to apply.
