Position: QS / Billing Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Candidate Profile
B.Tech Civil Engineering graduate
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing
Valuable understanding of construction estimation, measurement, and billing procedures
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and project requirements.
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.




Take and verify site measurements for billing purposes.
Check quantities and rates against approved drawings, BOQs, and work orders.
Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and project engineers regarding measurements and billing.
Assist in preparing variations, extra items, and reconciliation statements.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to quantities and billing.
Monitor work progress and ensure accurate measurement and billing.
Assist the project team with cost estimation and quantity-related matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
