We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Executive to join our US Logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in US Logistics, Trucking, Transportation, or Compliance Operations and a positive understanding of compliance processes and documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance records, monitoring required documentation, coordinating with internal teams and carriers, and ensuring that operational processes follow company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
Review and verify carrier and driver documentation.
Monitor documentation for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, safety, and brokerage teams regarding compliance requirements.
Follow up on pending or expired documents and ensure timely updates.




Maintain organized and accurate compliance files and databases.
Assist with onboarding and verification of carriers as required.
Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Prepare regular compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
