About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Caller Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product features, perks, pricing and offers clearly.
Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales/management team regarding customer requirements.
Build good relationships with customers and provide proper follow-up.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the management team.
Support other marketing activities whenever required.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Gujarati and Hindi communication is required.
Basic English communication will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.




Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and confidence.
