Position: Fitness Instructor

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

Topnotch Fitness is looking for a motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, knowledgeable about exercise and training techniques, and able to guide members toward achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and understand members’ fitness goals.

Prepare personalized workout and training plans.

Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.

Monitor clients’ progress and provide regular guidance and motivation.

Ensure a safe, clean, and positive workout environment.

Build good relationships with gym members and provide excellent customer service.





Requirements:

Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training is preferred.

Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is an advantage.

Positive knowledge of strength training, cardio, mobility, and general fitness.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate, energetic, and qualified approach to fitness.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month, based on experience and skills.

Location: Topnotch Fitness, Kangarappady, Kalamassery
