Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building solid customer relationships, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models
Conduct test drives and explain product features
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain daily reports and update customer database
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for closures
Key Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and customer-focused
Knowledge of two-wheeler models and features
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Sales experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
