Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor electric injection moulding machines during production.
* Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.
* Check product weight, appearance, dimensions and overall quality.
* Identify and report defects, rejection and machine abnormalities.
* Make basic machine adjustments to maintain consistent production.
* Monitor mould operation and report any mould-related issues.
* Maintain production and rejection records.
* Keep the machine and work area clean and follow safety procedures.
* Coordinate with the supervisor, quality and maintenance teams.
* Ensure proper shift handover and smooth production.
Requirements:
* Mandatory: Previous experience operating electric injection moulding machines.
* Experience in thin-wall injection moulding is preferred but not compulsory.
* Basic understanding of injection moulding processes and machine parameters.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
* Ability to maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
