About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 4+ years of experience in social media management, Instagram, LinkedIn, content creation and Reels to join our digital marketing agency in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should be creative, hands-on and comfortable managing social media accounts from strategy and content planning to execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage social media strategies for clients across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Create and manage content calendars, posts, Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
Shoot and edit mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN or similar.
Create social media creatives using Canva and coordinate with designers.
Develop content ideas, campaigns and creative concepts.
Track trends, Instagram updates and social media algorithms.
Drive reach, engagement, follower growth and overall page performance.




Work closely with the creative and digital marketing team to deliver quality content.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and LinkedIn.
Positive understanding of Reels, content creation and social media trends.
Proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing tools.
Robust communication, creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
Willingness to learn, experiment and grow.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
