Solid hands-on experience in Retail Internet Banking / Digital Banking applications.
Valuable knowledge of retail banking concepts, including:
CASA accounts
Customer onboarding
Beneficiary management
Fund transfers
NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
Bill payments
Transaction limits and charges
Authentication / OTP
Valuable understanding of end-to-end payment and banking transaction flows.
Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.
Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Experience in defect management tools such as JIRA.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect lifecycle.
Ability to analyze transaction failures and coordinate with multiple teams for root-cause identification.
