Explain the complete admission procedure to parents.
Provide application forms and required-document checklists.
Verify submitted documents for completeness.
Coordinate entrance tests, assessments, interviews, and interactions.
Track every applicant from enquiry to admission confirmation.
Ensure admission-related documentation is completed accurately.
Lead Follow-up & Conversion
Maintain a daily/weekly follow-up schedule for prospective parents.
Categorize leads such as Recent Enquiry, Contacted, Visit Scheduled, Assessment Pending, Selected, Fee Pending, Admitted, Not Interested, etc.
Follow up with parents who have not completed the admission process.
Identify reasons for delayed or lost admissions and report them to management.
