Job Summary:
We are looking for a Developer skilled in Python and up-to-date AI-assisted development using Microsoft/GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate understands or has exposure to agentic AI systems, both within Copilot and through external frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI Agents.

Responsibilities
• Develop backend services using Python.
• Build APIs, microservices, and automation scripts.
• Use Copilot for coding, testing, documentation, debugging, and refactoring.
• Work with agentic AI workflowsCopilot Agents, LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents.
• Integrate AI-driven automation into applications and cloud environments
• Collaborate with teams on architecture, quality, and deployment.

Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
Lead the design and deployment of serverless and microservice-based solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EKS)
Automate infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK




Integrate third-party services securely and efficiently
Optimize backend systems for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
Enforce cloud security best practices and IAM policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership

Required Skills
• Solid experience with Python.
• Hands-on use of GitHub/Microsoft Copilot for development tasks.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts or tools (Copilot Agents, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI agents).
• Positive understanding of APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD.

• AWS experience
• RAG/LLM integration know-how
• Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
