Role & responsibilities

This role involves identifying and pursuing current patient acquisition prospects, supporting strategic partnerships, implementing growth initiatives, and organizing community camps to increase awareness of the clinic's services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, and other business owners through regular in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities.

The Business Development Associate will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to create promotional plans, improve patient engagement, organize community camps, and monitor performance metrics.

Excellent interpersonal skills comfortable building rapport and connecting with people across all levels
Strong communication and persuasion abilities
Proven or demonstrable lead generation skills
Sound market research and analytical capabilities
Confident presentation and pitching skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn (for tracking leads/follow-ups)
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-industry sales (preferred, not mandatory)
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Polished communication style suited for patient interaction
Presentable, with robust client-facing etiquette
