About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our Field Sales team in Madhya Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, institutions and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Meet decision-makers and explain company products/services.
Conduct presentations and client discussions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Maintain daily sales and visit reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Understand the local market and identify new opportunities.




Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.

Requirements
MBA graduate – Marketing / Sales preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting and speaking with current people.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
